I graduated high school in 2007, with Honors and a certificate in the Extended French program. I began at Ryerson University in the Psychology program, but switched to take the Certificate Programs for Photography, Business, and currently, Graphic Communications.
I have worked in many service-based positions over the years: sales associate at The Bay, Old Navy, and The Shoe Company, to name a few. I also had a great stint as a barista at Williams Fresh Cafe. My experiences in office environments include working as Bilingual Account Support at the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB), and more recently, as a Bilingual Receptionist and then Bilingual Administrative Coordinator at the College of Trades (OCOT).
In between my time working and going to school, I blogged for several years at different blogs on several different blogging platforms, including Blogger, WordPress, and Tumblr. In 2012, I started Layer One Photography as a photography venture with my friends, later renaming it Layer One Creative to include visual design for small businesses in addition to photography services
My latest plans include opening Lux et Fortis later in 2015, and soon after, taking over the world. Just kidding. Sort of.
